The Cove Mission
Cove was born out of love and loss—a tribute to the father and grandfather who shaped our founders' lives, and a lifeline for families navigating similar storms. When Donna’s father was diagnosed with cancer, she managed his care for five years until he passed, and only later realized she had forfeited the gift of simply being a daughter. Cove is the vow to help families avoid those same regrets, ensuring no one carries the weight of this journey alone.

Meet Our Founders, Donna and Rylee
As a mother-daughter team, Donna and Rylee built Cove with the strength of familial bonds and the depth of professional experience. Donna brings over 30 years of healthcare leadership, from psychiatric services and senior living to home care and primary care. Her career has been rooted in seeing the whole person and designing systems of care that preserve their dignity and independence while fostering trust.
Rylee brings more than a decade of experience in international business development and luxury client relations, where she honed the art of delivering consistency, clarity, and deeply personalized experiences. Her passion for dementia care ensures that individuals experiencing cognitive decline are met not with limitation, but with opportunities to stimulate the mind and sustain a sense of purpose after diagnosis.
