About Cove
Care Partners are at the heart of Cove. This role goes beyond traditional caregiving — it’s about building trust, fostering connection, and helping clients live with dignity and intention each day. Care Partners spend one-on-one time with clients, engaging them in meaningful activities, accompanying them through daily routines, and observing changes that can inform families and providers.
Role Overview
- Provide individualized, non-medical support to clients in their homes and communities
- Engage clients in conversation, outings, and wellness activities that nurture connection and purpose
- Observe and document cognitive, emotional, and physical changes in clients using Cove’s care note system
- Support families by ensuring follow-through on care recommendations and serving as an attentive partner in the aging journey
- Collaborate with Cove’s Care Management team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Pre-Med, Psychology, Social Work, or related human services disciplines
- Current students in these programs may be considered for part-time roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Detail-oriented with excellent observational and documentation skills
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
